Q: When will my job be completed?
A: You can monitor the progress of your job by accessing the client portal. You will also get push notifications and emails from us as your job progresses. We will also contact you if we need more information from you.
Q: How can I download the App?
A: The App is available for download on the Apple App Store, Google Play, Samsung Galaxy Store, Amazon Appstore, and the on website.
Q: How do I notify you if I am not satisfied with the service provided?
A: You can email us @ with the subject line DISSATISFIED, quoting the job reference and your name/Company name in the subject and tell us why you are dissatisfied and the outcome you require, and we will do all we can to make it right.
Q: Can I change my direct debit date or details?
A: Yes, you can change your direct debit dates or details anytime you wish to do so by calling or emailing us. Email email@example.com the email title CHANGE DIRECT DEBIT DATE.
Q: Please help. I am having problems login into my client account.
A: If you have forgotten your login details or password to the client portal, please request a new temporary password or username on the login page.
Q: When are my accounts and or tax returns due for submission?
A: Please email us at with the subject line “WHEN IS…DUE” to confirm. Kindly provide as much detail as possible about your request.
Q: Can you help me pay my tax bill?
A: Yes, we can help you pay your tax bill. But, you have to transfer the amount you want us to pay first. Please email with the subject line “PAY FOR ME’ and the details, and we will get it sorted for you.
Q: Can you help me manage my pension account?
A: Yes, we can help you set-up and manage your pension account. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “PAY & MANAGE PENSION,’ and we will call you back or arrange a meeting to understand your requirements and progress the matter from thereon fully.
Q: Can you help me pay my regular pension contributions?
A:Yes, we can help you pay your pension contributions. But, you have to transfer the amount you want us to pay first. Please email email@example.com the details, and we will get it sorted for you.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: Please sign up for one of our services on the website or App and email us at with the subject line ‘TRANSFER IN” and details of your current accountant.

Q: What happens after I sign up?
A: You will receive a welcome email. We will also email you our engagement letter and proposal to sign along with next steps and instructions on what’s to follow. In the background, we will set you up on our systems as one of our clients and start working on your most urgent job immediately. If we need more information, we will contact you.
